Soundskills is trying to get new recreational facilities on Brookie park and we'd like to know from you what we should do there - see the info below and the links to our survey.
Over the past 20 years, at different points we have highlighted the terrible lack of outdoor play facilities on Brookfield. We now finally have the opportunity to change that. Working with local councillors and PCC officers we have identified park improvement funds and as the number one priority area in the city, we can install facilities on Brookfield Park. But we need the help & knowledge of local parent/guardians, children and young people.
These anonymous surveys will take about 8 minutes and are part of a series of consultation opportunitiesbeing run by Brookfield Spaceplace, the Charity that runs Soundskills. To ensure residents thoughts & ideas are central to the final design. Over the next number of weeks we will be doing workshops, design sessions and conversations with residents of all ages, to bring together peoples ideas for the park and the wider estate.
