There is a state of the art recording studio in the Soundskills Centre run by Liam Blake (BLKY). Liam works with singers, rappers, bands etc
enabling everyone from experienced musicians to beginners to record high quality material in a supportive space.
Every quarter we hold a live music event at the centre called BSnug. Where we invite guest singers, rappers & musicians and and encourage others to just turn up and perform ‘open mic’ stylee. It’s an unpredictable mix of genre’s and we have accommodated Ukulele Bands, Psycho-billie, Grime, Jazz, Bluegrass, Country, Comedians, Spoken Word, Rock etc etc – you name it, we’ve had it!
