There is a state of the art recording studio in the Soundskills Centre run by Liam Blake (BLKY). Liam works with singers, rappers, bands etc
enabling everyone from experienced musicians to beginners to record high quality material in a supportive space.
This is the space where all of the self help groups meet and general activities take place, like Snug live events, presentations to visitors, bring and buy sales, exhibitions of new work, informal gatherings, public meetings etc. During the retrofit we redesigned it to be even more flexible.
Within this studio all of the technical visual work is done including portrait photography, film, animation, product photography, graphics etc.
